Learn with others, speak every week
A small group keeps the best of a private lesson, plenty of speaking time and personal feedback, and adds something extra: you practise with real people, hear different mistakes and different questions, and keep a steady weekly rhythm. With only three to five students, everyone speaks in every lesson.

The three levels
Beginner (A1–A2)
Start from zero. By the end you can introduce yourself, order, ask for directions and handle everyday small talk, with good pronunciation from day one. New to Italian? Read Italian for beginners.
Intermediate (B1)
Get past the plateau. Past tenses that finally click, a wider vocabulary and guided conversation on real topics every week. Our guide on passato prossimo vs imperfetto shows the kind of grammar you work on.
Advanced (B2–C1)
Sharpen nuance, idioms and register. Tell stories, debate and argue your point in Italian, with precise feedback.
Not sure which level you are?
The level finder on the homepage takes ten seconds. Lucia also confirms your level before you join, so you end up in the right group.
How to reserve your place
- Email Lucia with the level you want, your time zone and your preferred days and times.

Group lessons follow the same 24-hour cancellation rule as private lessons: you can cancel up to 24 hours before a lesson, after that it counts as taken.
Group or private?
Choose the group if you like learning with others, want a steady weekly rhythm and prefer the lower price. Choose private lessons if you need your own pace, a specific goal such as work or an exam, or a flexible schedule. You can also combine both.
