Who teaches your lessons
Every lesson at Italian with Lucia is taught by Lucia herself. She holds a Master's degree from the University for Foreigners of Perugia, a university that specialises in teaching Italian to people from other countries, and she has more than 1,000 hours of classroom experience with learners from complete beginners to advanced.
She teaches English speakers who want to speak, not just study: precise pronunciation, grammar that makes sense, and the confidence to express yourself. Every mistake is a step towards your new Italian voice.
How Lucia teaches
- Speaking from minute one. You use Italian in every lesson, and you are corrected kindly.
- Clear grammar. Rules are explained in English when you need it and in Italian as soon as you are ready.
- A real path. Lessons follow the Nuovo Espresso coursebook series, one volume per level, with extra material chosen for you.
- Homework and notes. After each lesson you find notes and homework in your student area.
Where and how
Lessons are online, or in person in Prague 1, 2 and 3. You can switch between the two whenever you like. See Italian lessons in Prague, online Italian lessons and the group course.
The first step is free: a 30-minute trial lesson, to meet, check your level and agree a plan. There is no obligation.
